I know I was supposed to write my reviews of Sherlock this weekend, but I as I fell head over heels in love with Suits, I decided to finish watching the first season of that instead.

Where oh where can I can myself a Harvey Specter? Or a Mike Ross? Or even those adorable Mike and Harvey dolls so I can make them snuggle?

It has been a long time since I've been excited about a new show. Two years, in fact, since I saw Psych for the first time. So it's nice that this another USA show, about a guy with eidetic memory lying to get a job and plenty of slashy... well everything.

And the other characters are wonderful too. I love Donna so much.

At least there's tons of great fic to read until season 2 comes along and Harvey kicks Trevor's ass.

I'm glad you liked it! I really enjoyed it over the summer, but it's way more fun when you're into something too. :P

Well because then we get to be excited together, and read fanfic, and write fanfic and all those fun things we do. :D

YAY. Welcome to the fandom! I'm always excited to see one of my flisters get into this glorious show, and there is actually a lot of great Harvey/Mike fic out there for you to wallow in while we wait for this interminable hiatus to come to an end. Let me know if you want recs! :D

Aw thanks bb, that's so nice of you to say. <3

Now for some recs!! I'll link you to all the recs posts I've done in my LJ as well as my delicious and AO3 bookmarks (so much gorgeous fic!) and then below that I'll list the stories I consider the most essential reading (btw I read Harvey/Mike exclusively so don't expect to see any other pairings in there :P):

And my personal favourites:

Excerpts From The Gospel of Harvey Specter, edited by Michael "Forever Awesome" Ross, 2011, 1st Ed., by RC

a day too early (still a couple dollars short) by thatotherperv

Good Boy by maja-li

It's hard to pick my favourite Closer fic because they're all fantastic, but Imprimatur was the story that made me fall for her writing, so that's as good a place to start as any (if you haven't already devoured all her fic by now, of course).

Knot a Problem by JaneDavitt

And finally, the incredibly powerful and moving This Tornado Loves You, by liketheroad

Oh, thank you! I have read a few of them but recs are always good. There's going to be a lot I have no idea where to find.

As for exclusive Harvey/Mike, that's in no way a problem. I mean, if there any other ship on that show? If there is they must be playing it really subtle. ;)
