It was a little extreme that Gough had to kill himself to get the message across, but I understand there needed to be a big gesture. It's a shame, because I liked him, but I'm been waiting for this since the start. The future is not already written. Or maybe parts of it are, if you carry on and make no changes. I want the discussion of fate versus free-will. That's part of what makes this show so interesting.
