Supernatural 3.12

I had a lovely relaxing weekend at my parents. Finally got round to watching Supernatural.
I loved the episode but... reading my flist afterwards just made me sad. The reason I haven't posted episode reactions the past couple of weeks isn't because I'm not interested or have nothing to say, but because all the fandom crap is getting me down.
Isn't it possible to just enjoy a show for what it is and not get annoyed at every little thing? There are things I don't like, but I try to focus on the things I do. And if it ever gets so bad that I start getting angry and upset, I'll stop watching.
This was the first week I didn't find one review that wasn't full of complaints. And I don't think it was the show's fault this week, because like I said, that was a good episode. I think everyone has forgotten how to enjoy it. Until people start again, I'm keeping my squee and my show to myself.

But I do see your point about just enjoying it. It's just that when you love a show a lot you tend to pick it apart. It's just a shame that people harsh each other's squee in the process.
Hi.
