wednesday_whimsySince it has been a few weeks since I actually watched this the first time and therefore cannot post my initial thoughts, I'll watch the episode and comment as I go.

Oh Dean! "Bring me some pie!" Such a lovely silly brotherly moment.
The ghost town still looks like the Sleepy Hollow set to me.
ANDY! OMGHI! Andy is my favourite ever and I was destroyed by what happens to him. I love that he's so freaked out and that he seems to think Dean being there would make everything better. Hehehe.
"My fourth bong-load" ROFLMAO
And Ava, which made me smile. It's a pity that she's evil because I really did like her character, but it made it much more realistic to me that a few of the "good guys" should end up going bad (since Sammy really isn't).
ASH! I may stop starting sentences like that now. Quite obvious the watch was going to be important since they focused on it, but what I want to know is, how Dean knew Ash's watch so well.
In-Charge!Sam is hot.
Evil creepy little girl spirit. Not much has actually creeped me out this year, but she definitely made the list.
RIP Roadhouse. Granted it started off as a clunky problem for me, but I was just getting used to it. And rewatching the early episodes has made me appreciate it more.
Andy sending Dean the image is nice, as is Dean's mini freak-out about the whole thing. I would like to know how both Sam and Bobby recognise the tree symbol and Dean doesn't though.
Ooo question time with the demon. Yes Sammy you do have demon blood in you, it was dripping into your mouth. *pets* Now, how did Mary know the demon? And, if she wasn't supposed to die, does that mean the other 3 mothers who died that way weren't supposed to die either? Is Sam going to tell Dean about all of that?
Oh poor Andy. *cuddles him tight*

I love Sam's utter conviction that Andy wouldn't have broken the salt line. I also like that Ava doesn't try to keep up the charade once he knows it's her.
I don't understand Jake's logic for killing Sam. Surely if the demon says he needs to kill Sam, the best thing to do would be exactly the opposite.
I like that Sam doesn't kill him here, even if he does it later.
And then...
Sammy turning at Dean's shout and being so happy to see him...
...and Dean running for him and shouting...

I love the catching and the cradling and that Sam's gone but Dean just can't and won't believe it. The pain and the love on his face just breaks my heart.

I do remember being all shaky the first time I watched it. I remember saying "They killed Sam" at random intervals throughout the week.
There is nothing I can say to adequately describe how much I love this episode.
