I seem to be missing quite a few photos now, but like I said, I've already done this in depth and I'm kind of scared this is all going to disappear again.
Saturday
After travelling for 15 hours to get to San Diego, all I can say is thank God the 405 was closed, because that made driving up to Ventura so much easier.
ditchwitchbitch and I had a nice uneventful drive up the coast to our lovely hotel, where we had dinner and passed out.

Sunday
After the mandatory shopping at Target, we drove to Santa Barbara and had lunch on the pier again. Sadly there were no cocktails in hollowed out pineapples this time.

We visited the art and craft fair and then went to the beach, before finally going to see Harry Potter (more about that in another post, once I've seen it again).
Monday
We drove right up into the mountains trying to find Knapp's Castle, but ran out of petrol before we could and thought it would be safer to get back down to the city before we were stranded on a cliff edge. We did have a great lunch, however at La Super-Rica Taqueria. We saw the world's shortest movie (Winnie the Pooh) and explored for a while. We visited the Mission, which we didn't get to last year and then went on a gorgeous bay cruise at sunset.

Tuesday
We drove down through the, once again hideous, LA traffic to Disneyland where we spent a fun 6 hours in the burning hot sunshine and rode the Tower of Terror three times in a row, because it is the most awesome ride ever. Then we went to visit
clarkoholic and her adorable new baby, which included some good food and some Sherlock. Kerry even managed to show me The Robinsons, which I'd never seen before, but is hilarious.
Wednesday
We got to San Diego late on Tuesday night and checked into the Hilton Bayfront, right next to the convention centre. We had a special Comic-Con breakfast at Cafe Diem at the Hard Rock Hotel then waited for our roommates to check in, before going to collect out passes. I got a huge Big Bang Theory swag bag and on our way to dinner (my first ever sushi experience) we got some Psych sunglasses, which was really cool.

We camped out from 11pm that night to get into Ballroom 20 and I don't care that people might think that's crazy, because when you're sitting in the third row, directly in front of Sarah Michelle Gellar and Tim Omundson, a little lack of sleep means absolutely nothing.
